Reserving Your Plot

We aim to make the whole purchasing procedure as hasstle-free as possible. It should be achieved in five easy steps.

Step 1: A visit to Sunny Lyn to look around the Park and the show home.

Step 2: Decide on the plot you would like your Lodge sited. A non-refunable deposit of £1,000.00 will be payable to secure your choice.

Step 3: Within the next six weeks you decide on the layout, specifications and colour schemes of your Lodge. Once your decisions have been made, the order will be confirmed and a delivery date set. [Once your order is confirmed no alterations may be made]. We will then agree a handover date. On confirmation of your order, a further 40% of the total payment is required.

Step 4: Your new Lodge is delivered. It will be sited on to your chosen plot, the services will be connected, and your Lodge will be inspected internally and externally. The skirting will be put on and any decking required will be built. Before the handover date, you will have the opportunity to inspect your Lodge to ensure you are completely happy.

Step 5: Handover day. You arrive with the balance payment and we exchange it for the keys to your Lodge.

Alternatively, there is the option to purchase one of the Lodges already sited on the Park.
