Tourer and Motor Home Route: [No steep hills]:

From Tiverton [M5, Junction 27] take the A361 Barnstaple road. Turn off at Roundabout on to the A399 Lynton Road to Blackmoor Gate. At Blackmoor Gate turn right on to the A39 to Lynton and Lynmouth. When you reach Barbrook Garage, turn left on to Lynbridge Road [B3234]. At the fork in the road, keep right. Sunny Lyn is approximately 250 meters on the right.

An alternative route including steep hills:

From Bridgewater (Junction 24) or Taunton (Junction 25) head toward Minehead (A39) and then to Lynton and Lynmouth.
